King Clip, also known as Rosada or Abadejo, is fished year-round, with its fishing area between parallels 35 and 55 South. Its average weight is around 3.5 kg. The fish is known for its very firm white flesh and fine flavor. It is highly appreciated in the Chilean market as well as in Spain and Portugal. Additionally, there is a strong demand for fillets in the South American and U.S. markets.
